The IRISH CLUB is the Irish Community's official business, social and cultural networking group in Russia. The Club's purpose is to initiate and develop business and cultural links between Russia and Ireland through organising regular networking events.
With the support of the Embassy of Ireland and various sponsors, the Club plays an active role in the organisation of the annual Saint Patrick's Day Parade, now in its 25th year.
Our two main annual events, the Emerald Ball and the White Ball are among the most popular in the general expat community and always well attended. We endeavour to arrange regular social and business events throughout the year.
«I welcome everybody interested in Ireland, it's people and it's culture to join the club through this website or by contacting any of our committee members listed on the contacts page»
We are always open to new ideas and, if you feel you can contribute, email me here at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Irish Business Club are delighted to announce the date and location for the upcoming Emerald Ball 2016 just one of the many activities taking place around St Patricks Day here in Moscow. This year is also very special as it is the centenary of 1916!
We will be raising money for charity and are currently selecting so please do feel free to nominate a charity and we will be happy to meet them and include them on the list.
There will be plenty of entertainment and a live auction as well as a silent auction on the night.
We said goodbye to a great community member and Irish Club general "go getter" .
You will be missed Emily and thanks for all of your committed communications during your club tenure.
A special thank you to Aisling Mc Quaid who has agreed to fill Emily's shoes and keep our members advised of any activities during the year.
Many thanks to Ambassador Mc Daid for opening the doors to the parents and children of the Irish community.
A great afternoon was had singing songs and Santa was kept busy passing out gifts to a lot of happy children.
We are delighted to announce that with thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and guests on the night, a total of 500,000 rubles was raised and presented to Tatiana Troitskaya of Taganka Children's Fund. This charity holds a special place in all of us and in loving memory of the recently departed John Roche who did so much for the children and will be sadly missed.
